Great experience with Versa Tech’s professionalism and customer service. I had been battling nasty rats in my attic for months, to no avail. Nite time scratching was driving me crazy and the rare victory of a dead rat stunk like crazy and was making my wife and daughters disgusted. Versa Tech came after I got home for a free assessment (6 pm), gave me photos of what he saw up top (attic) and below my home (raised foundation). Had a great experience with Versa Tech and specifically working with Jason. Versa Tech was professional, service oriented, and helpful. I was having a bee issue at a rental unit and they happily scheduled and rescheduled in order to work with the schedules of myself and my tenants. Never once did they gripe or complain about the changing of appointment times. In addition, they made an additional trip out to the property to provide me photographs of the bee infestation. Once our schedules worked out the versa tech guys showed up on time, had a plan for handling the problem, got the job done, and cleaned up the mess (which can be rare for contractors these days). We live in a neighborhood where there’s fruit tress all over the place, and with fruit trees come pesky rats. We gave Versa-Tech a call after trying to catch them ourselves (we were successful) but they kept coming back, we could even hear them under our house (gross)! I gave Versa-Tech a call and Daniel was out a few days later for a free quote. He checked out the whole house (attic, roof, crawl space) and looked for any spots that were not properly sealed up and advised where he saw any rat droppings and trails (pictures included). He was extremely thorough and very detailed. In an effort to save some cash we decided to seal up some of the holes ourselves – bad idea, it ended up costing us a few hundred dollars in materials. After spending over half the day trying to seal up a few spots we gave up and had Versa-Tech do it all, this included: sealing all potential access points into the house, placing traps throughout the house, and included three follow up visits with a one year warranty. I called so many places and this one year warranty is very hard to come by. Daniel was always on time and was great to work with. We are a shoe-free house and he always used foot coverings prior to entering. Once everything was properly sealed up (thanks Daniel) we didn’t have a rat problem anymore. This is our 2nd pest control company we had! I’m so happy we changed companies! Our service guy is super nice and well educated on gophers. We had a few gophers in our backyard but haven’t seen them since our gopher service.
