MEET OUR HIGHLY-TRAINED STAFF
ALL IN Staff
Each of us wholly dedicates ourselves to the company’s mission: Setting a New Standard In Pest Management Service. It starts by having the right staff in the right place. Versa-Tech hand selects each hire, preferably with no pest management experience. Each staff member is trained in house for their initial position. Field staff go through an apprentice program that lasts from 4-12 months and entails basic training and specific field training for their intended position. This assures that each field staff has a good basic understanding of field services, safety, sales, administration, client relations and location information. This level of training leads to more consistent culture, representation, and service. Versa-Tech is a team where we all believe we work with each other and for our company. We all share similar goals, principals, values, and a responsibility to make sure our clients are well taken care of. We share a sense of duty. Let us meet the team who lives Versa-Tech every day. Each of us are ‘ALL IN.’
