 This is our 2nd pest control company we had! I'm so happy we changed companies! Our service guy is super nice and well educated on gophers. We had a few gophers in our backyard but haven't seen them since our gopher service.  Jason, the owner of Versa Tech, just came to our house to check for a mouse we are hearing in the crawl-space.  He did a very thorough inspection, and gave us a solution. But, I was MOST impressed with his professionalism, honesty and desire to come up with a reasonably priced solution.  This has not been our experience in the past with other pest management companies and was a pleasant surprise.  We worked with Daniel for two rental properties that got rats in the attic-- for one of the properties, we first we had tried to fight the rats ourselves for at least a month and all our efforts were for nothing. Daniel was so knowledgeable and solved what we couldn't in just a couple visits. For a very reasonable price too! For the second property, things were much more complicated. Due to the Santa Ana winds, the roof got damaged, and rats made a nest in the attic. Daniel was very flexible and worked with our schedule to get rid of the rats as the roof was getting fixed. Due to our own fault with the roof repairing, a rat got in at the final stages of rodent proofing, consumed some poison, and died within one of the walls. I wish I could put it into words how grateful I am for the patience, diligence, and dedication that Daniel and Versa Tech has put into repair the damage as well as communicating with the very upset tenants. There were some very difficult circumstances and conversations with the tenants where they had demanded for Daniel to do several follow-up visits.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  I feel I get personal service every time they come to treat my house.  Bryan is my tech.  He always asks if there are any areas of concern I have and definitely addresses those concerns.  Skip the big guys and do business with VersaTech for any pest problems you may have.  This review is just based on the initial free inspection. I looked up a few pest companies because we had been hearing noises in the kitchen and attic. Versa-Tech had good reviews so we called them to come do an initial inspection. The tech who came by, Joe, was very professional and thorough. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and also the fact that he put a tarp down and shoe covers. Cleanliness is a big thing for me. He did a thorough inspection and showed us his findings. The follow up email of what they would do was also very thorough. I really wish we could have gone with Versa-Tech. Unfortunately we are renters and our landlord went with another company. You could definitely tell the difference in quality just from the inspection.  MY PROBLEM: After a YEAR battling American roaches and wasting nearly $1,000 on useless treatments, I found Versa-Tech...Youtube of all places.  (I was researching Roaches...)  We had roaches in our tub, and our dining room only. HISTORY: Every other company gave me the same tired "perimeter spray subscription" and speech, even though the real problem was in our attic. One company even fired themselves because our problem got worse.  I've exhausted every local pest company.  Same spiel, same service.  Rarely did a company actually investigate during the consultation. CONSULT: Versa-Tech was different: he actually crawled into the attic -- very crime scene investigation vibes. He stayed up there forever and took everything seriously.  ID'd a roach egg pod, found dead roaches in the attic, and deduced their traffic areas.  Everything he said clicked and made complete sense on why we were seeing them in the tub and under our vents in only one room.  He's an expert and it shows. TREATMENT: His plan? "The Bomb" (attic granules, sprays, baseboards, appliances...you name it.  One-time nuke of everything, then an optional quarterly treatment for stragglers and fortifying). You bet your ass we got the whole shebang.  Finally, a company that strives to exterminate instead of "managing" pests. The price was fair, included free follow-ups, and honestly gave us way more value than anyone else. TLDR: If you want a guy with a BB gun, fine. But me?  I contacted Versa-Tech for a bee problem. They came the same day and took care of the problem. Joe advised me of other issues around the home and solutions. The work has been exceptional and we will continue using their services! Definitely recommend Versa-Tech
