Our Gopher Removal Methods

1. Gopher Trapping

Trapping is one of the most reliable methods of gopher control. Our technicians strategically set traps within active tunnels to quickly eliminate the target pest. This method is chemical-free, environmentally friendly, and ideal for residential yards or sensitive areas.

2. Gopher Baiting

When populations are larger or spread over bigger areas, baiting may be the most efficient solution. Using professionally applied baits, we target gophers within their underground systems. This method requires expert placement and monitoring to ensure safety and effectiveness. Over recent years, the state of California has passed The Poison-Free Wildlife Act (AB2552), California Ecosystems Protection Act (AB1322) and AB1788 all of these laws combined to eliminate the use of any commercial grade restricted gopher baits for use or sale in the state.

NOTICE: Versa-Tech is a rare company that has obtained a Restricted Use Permit (RUP) and we are trained and licensed in California to use Strychnine Alkaloid Gopher Bait called Omega Gopher Gain Bait. This means that Versa-Tech is one of the few Southern California pest control companies who can offer effective and consistent professional gopher control solutions.

3. Gopher Carbon Monoxide (CO₂) Injection Service

Our CO₂ treatment is a modern, highly effective solution. By introducing carbon monoxide into the tunnel system, we can quickly and humanely eliminate gophers without leaving behind toxic residues. This is especially useful in commercial or large-scale infestations.

GOPHER EXTERMINATOR SERVICE PRICING

Our minimum one time Gopher Extermination Service is $385 and includes at least one follow up and will be sufficient for small very minor active areas.

Our most popular Gopher service is a one time service that includes at least four follow ups using all three control methods for $670 for most proper sizes.

Regular gopher control starts at two times a month $65 per service. We can adjust frequencies as activity dictates.
